JM Healthcare Solutions maintains a structured refund policy that reflects the instructional value delivered throughout the program. Students should refer to the Enrollment Agreement for full refund policy details.

Cancellation Period

Students may cancel enrollment within 72 hours (3 business days) of signing the enrollment agreement for a 100% refund, provided that instruction has not begun.

Withdrawal After Course Start

Due to the immediate access to proprietary course materials, live instruction, and digital resources, refunds after the start of the program are limited.

Refunds will be issued as follows:

• Before the start date: 100% refund
• After course access is granted or instruction begins: No refund
• Definition of Course Start
• The program is considered to have started upon the earlier of:
• The first live instructional session
• Student access to the Learning Management System (LMS) and course materials

Withdrawal

Students may withdraw at any time; however, withdrawal does not guarantee eligibility for a refund once the course has begun.

Program Cancellation by Institution

If JM Healthcare Solutions cancels a program prior to the start date, students will receive a 100% refund of all tuition and fees paid. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days.

JM Healthcare Solutions maintains sufficient financial resources to support instructional delivery, student services, and administrative operations. The institution does not rely on federal Title IV funding and operates through tuition, payment plans, and workforce-aligned funding opportunities.
