AAPC — American Academy of Professional Coders

JM Healthcare Solutions is an AAPC Licensed Education Partner, allowing us to provide structured training using AAPC-aligned curriculum and resources.

Our training supports students preparing for AAPC credentials, including the Certified Professional Coder (CPC®) and billing/revenue cycle pathways associated with the Certified Professional Biller (CPB®) credential.

Indiana Eligible Training Provider / INTraining Provider

JM Healthcare Solutions is an approved provider on Indiana’s Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL/INTraining).


This allows eligible students to use approved workforce funding, including WIOA/WorkOne funding, toward qualifying JM Healthcare Solutions programs.

For workforce-funded students, JM works with the student and their assigned Career Coach or Case Manager to provide the required program, enrollment, and funding documentation.

Indiana Workforce Ready Grant Recognized Provider

JM Healthcare Solutions is recognized as a provider for Indiana’s Workforce Ready Grant (WRG) for qualifying healthcare training.


The Workforce Ready Grant helps eligible Indiana residents access approved high-demand certificate training, subject to state eligibility requirements and funding approval.


Through JM Healthcare Solutions, eligible students may be able to use WRG funding for qualifying healthcare career training.


JM supports students by providing the required program and enrollment information while WorkOne and the appropriate state workforce agencies determine final eligibility and funding approval.

JM Healthcare Solutions is a U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Sponsor for its Medical Coding/CPC® pathway.


The apprenticeship combines:

  • Related Technical Instruction (RTI)JM Healthcare Solutions provides the structured technical and classroom instruction required for the apprenticeship.

  • On-the-Job Training (OJT)Apprentices gain paid, hands-on workplace experience with a participating employer while developing occupation-specific skills.


Employer Partnership


Participating employers provide the work-based training component, supervision, and paid employment while JM coordinates the related technical instruction and apprenticeship pathway.
