ETPL (Eligible Training Provider List) Status

ETPL designation allows students to use workforce funding (WIOA, WorkOne, etc.) to pay for training. Our ETPL status by state:

Accreditation and Licensing

JM Healthcare Solutions is an AAPC Licensed Education Partner. We are authorized to provide CPC and CPB exam preparation training through AAPC's approved curriculum.

We are a U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Sponsor and Related Technical Instruction (RTI) Provider.

We are not a degree-granting institution and do not provide college credit.


Employment Outcomes

Completion of our programs does not guarantee employment, certification, or specific job placement. Employment outcomes depend on individual effort, job market conditions, and employer requirements.


Certification Exam Information

Our programs prepare students for AAPC certification exams (CPC, CPB). The certification exam is administered and scored by AAPC, not JM Healthcare Solutions. Exam fees are paid separately to AAPC.


Transfer of Credits

Our training programs may not transfer as college credit to other institutions. Students seeking academic credit should contact the receiving institution to confirm transferability.

How Apprenticeships Work


RTI (Related Technical Instruction)


Students complete classroom-based coursework through JM Healthcare Solutions RTI includes online learning, live instruction, and hands-on assignments RTI hours count toward apprenticeship completion requirements


On-the-Job Training (OJT)


Students gain paid work experience with an approved employer Employers provide mentorship and skill development OJT hours are tracked and reported to the Department of Labor


Completion and Credentials


Apprentices who complete all requirements earn a U.S. Department of Labor Certificate of Completion This nationally recognized credential demonstrates verified skills and experience Apprentices may also earn industry certifications (such as CPC or CPB)
