Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Program Start

Students may cancel enrollment within 72 hours prior to the start of the program and receive a 100% refund, provided no instruction, LMS access, or materials have been accessed.


After Program Start

After the start of the program, tuition and fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Enrollment commitments, deposits, shipping charges, finance fees, and digital materials may be non-refundable once access has been provided.


Refund Processing

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:

Apprenticeship and Employer-Sponsored Training

Students enrolled through Registered Apprenticeship programs or employer-sponsored workforce funding may have different refund policies based on funding agreements. Contact us directly to discuss your specific situation.

Student Complaint Process

We are committed to resolving student concerns promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint or grievance, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Internal Review and Written Response

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to:

Expected Response Time

We strive to resolve all complaints within 30 days. Complex issues may require additional time, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Attendance & Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy

Attendance Expectations

Students are expected to:


Attend all scheduled live class sessions via Zoom

Complete weekly coursework within designated timeframes

Maintain consistent engagement with course materials in Blackboard/Genius

Notify the instructor in advance of any absences


Make-Up Work Policy


Students who miss a live session may access the recorded class (if available)

Late assignments may be accepted at the instructor's discretion

Excessive absences may result in academic probation or dismissal


Grading Requirements

To maintain satisfactory academic progress, students must:


Maintain a minimum average of 70% on all assignments and exams

Complete all required coursework, including Practicode cases and Experiential Learning assignments

Submit the Google Workbook Practical Application with a minimum score of 70% before advancing to Step 4


Completion Requirements

Students must:


Complete all course modules within the designated program timeline

Pass all required exams with a minimum score of 70%

Finish Practicode cases as assigned

Meet all attendance and participation requirements


Academic Probation

Students who fail to meet satisfactory academic progress may be placed on academic probation. During probation, students must:


Meet with the instructor to develop an improvement plan Achieve the required benchmarks within a specified timeframe Demonstrate commitment to academic success


Dismissal

Students may be dismissed from the program for:


Failure to improve during academic probation Excessive absences without valid reason Academic dishonesty or code of conduct violations Non-payment of tuition


Apprenticeship and RTI Attendance Expectations

Students enrolled in Registered Apprenticeship programs must also meet:


Employer-specified on-the-job training hours RTI (Related Technical Instruction) classroom hour requirements U.S. Department of Labor apprenticeship standards


Appeal Process

Students who wish to appeal an academic dismissal may submit a written appeal within 10 business days.
